A lifelong religious person, Marilyn continued to make appearances as a guest soloist in her home Merrimacport Methodist Church after her conversion to Catholicism in 1958. She served as a church organist, music director, and children’s and adult choir director/assistant director for St. Stanislaus Parish in Nashua and St. John the Evangelist Parish in Hudson and enjoyed days of prayer and retreats at St. Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, MA and Joseph House in Manchester, NH. Marilyn also enjoyed writing poetry and was an active member of the recovery community and the Nashua Choral Society for many years.   Marilyn is predeceased by her parents, Wroe and Connie; and is survived by her loving husband, Dan; and her daughter, Mary Lee (Robert) Horosewski from her first husband, Mike. She is predeceased by her sister, Lee and is survived by her brother, Cal (Sue) and several half siblings and siblings-in-law. She is also survived by one grandson, Christopher.   Visiting hours will be held on Sunday December 9th from 2-5pm in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry St., Hudson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated the following morning on the 10th of December at 10am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 27 Library Street, Hudson. Burial will take place at a future time.
