Alice E. Tate, 97, of Hudson, NH died Tuesday September 22nd at SNHMC Nashua, NH surrounded by loving family. Alice was born on July 6, 1918 in Nashua, NH daughter of the late Ovide R. Eva R. (Ricard) Bouley and was also predeceased by one daughter, Nancy Lee Tate. Alice was the loving wife of Rupert Elmer Tate Jr. with whom she spent 74 years of marriage. Alice enjoyed playing the organ, knitting and quilting. She loved to travel around the country in their RV and go camping in Florida. She was a special lady that will be dearly missed by all. Besides her loving husband Rupert, Alice is survived by four daughters, Sandra Morency and husband Robert, Geraldine Burns and husband Carl, JoAnn Burns and husband David and Donna Christiansen and husband Bruce; ten grandchildren, Robert Morency, Wendy and David Yates, Andrew and Nicole Morency, Ronald and Stephanie Twardosky, Jason and Becky Twardosky, Michael and Julie Burns, Deanna and Matthew Curtis, Lisa Christiansen and Mike Brehme, Melanie and Brian Bunnell and Laurie Christiansen; twenty-two great-grandchildren, Robert, Kathryn, Brandon, Bradley, Zackary, Hanna, Kevin, Jacob, Owen, Jacob, Cora, Ava, Joshua, Riley, Matthew, Jonathan, Sean, Lainey, Logan, Hunter, Madison and Jackson. Visiting Hours will be held on Sunday September 27th from 2pm - 5pm in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry St., Hudson. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated beginning at 10am in St. Kathryn's Church, 4 Dracut Rd., Hudson. Burial will take place immediately following at Westview Cemetery, Hudson.
