Edgar Boudreau

Edgar Boudreau of Londonderry, formerly a longtime resident of Nashua, NH died peacefully on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA following a lengthy illness. He was born in Moncton New Brunswick, Canada on November 28, 1954, son of the late Alphonse and Sylvia (Gallant) Boudreau. He was also predeceased by his two sisters; sisters Anna Ledger and Diane Girouard both of New Brunswick, Canada. Edgar was the devoted husband of Lisa Boudreau of Londonderry, NH, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. At a young age, Edgar and his family moved to Waltham, MA and later was a graduate of Waltham Vocational School, Class of 1973. He found a passion in the Auto Body/Collision Repair industry and spent the next 45 years building, repairing and restoring all kinds of vehicles until finally retiring in 2019. For such a quiet man, he was the funniest in any room. He loved a good problem or project and just loved to help people out. He was a man of few words and a Jack of all trades. He loved camping with his grandchildren, going to Disney with his son and daughter in law, and going out to eat with his wife. Edgar enjoyed listening to the blues, Stevie Ray Vaughn being his absolute favorite. He was a proud family man whose greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. He faced many health challenges over the past few years, but being the brave man that he was, fought long and hard to beat any illness. Besides his beloved wife, Lisa, his loving family includes a son; Alphonse Boudreau & wife Sheri of Nashua, NH, a daughter; Melissa Bales and husband David of Nashua, NH, a daughter; Christine Boudreau of Manchester, NH, his cherished grandchildren; Troy & Isla Bales of Nashua, NH, a sister Jeanette Boudreau and husband Paul of Sanbornton, NH, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, February 6th from 4pm - 6pm in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry Street in Hudson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 7th at 10am in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street in Nashua, NH. All may please meet at church. Burial will be held in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
