Dr. Roger L. Gosselin

Dr. Roger L Gosselin, 61, passed away August 19th, 2024, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a 5-year battle with cancer. Roger was born on March 7th, 1963, in Nashua, NH. He is the son of Helen Gosselin and the late Leon Gosselin. Roger loved his seven children; they were his greatest gifts and accomplishments in his life. He was very proud of all of them and bragged about them to everyone. He attended just about all their sport events from elementary, high school, and his sons who played college ball. He was always in their corner rooting for them, from when they played sports to their adult careers now. He always let them know they could accomplish anything they wanted with hard work and determination. He loved spending time with all of them, especially his Sunday breakfasts with his sons. Roger’s other love in life was his chiropractic profession, he loved helping others. He opened his practice Aarrow Straight Chiropractic in 1992 and practiced until his last weeks. He helped thousands of patients during his career. He knew he wanted to become a Doctor of Chiropractic at 14 years old, when he was working drywall with other French Canadians and saw their back pain and heard the miraculous work that their chiropractors did to help them. He was the first in his family to attend college. He attended Keene State College on a soccer scholarship and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 1990. Roger grew up speaking French as his family immigrated here from Quebec, but he also taught himself Spanish and Portuguese so he could communicate better with his patients. His only other love besides his children and Chiropractic was his passion for the Montreal Canadiens, hockey season was his favorite time of year. Roger is survived by his seven children: John-Leon and his wife Jillian, Angelique, Gabriel, Genevieve, Noah, Isabelle, and Levi Gosselin, his brother; Yves, and sister in law Valerie, Gosselin, sister Lynne, and brother in law Tom, Bannworth as well as many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated on August 31st at 10:00am in St. Christophers Church, 62 Manchester St. in Nashua, NH. Burial will be private. Following mass, a celebration of life will be held at the Biergarten, 221 Daniel Webster Hwy in Merrimack, NH. The family requests that everybody wear his favorite color, blue.
