Name: Eleanor (Morison) Laffin Date: August 25th, 1914 - June 16th, 2010 Obituary: Eleanor (Morison) Laffin, 95, of Hollis, NH died on Wednesday June 16, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. Eleanor was born on Aug. 25, 1914 in Stow, MA daughter of the late Alexander and Lily (Clayton) Morison and was the loving wife of the late Fraser D. Laffin. Eleanor was also predeceased by two sons, Richard and James Laffin. Eleanor lived a long, healthy, prosperous and wholesome life. She was truly the salt of the earth and she will be missed. Eleanor is survived by a son, Curtis Laffin; nine grandchildren, Catherine Provencher, David Laffin, Sherry Laffin, Jill Laffin, Michael Laffin, James Laffin, Amy Laffin, Joel Laffin and Douglas Laffin; five great-grandchildren, Emily Provencher, Curtis Provencher, Daniel Laffin, Timothy Laffin and Tiffany Laffin and several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Tues. July 6th at 1pm in the West Acton Baptist Church, 592 Massachusetts Ave., Acton, MA. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Acton.
