Nov. 4, 2009 at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH surrounded by her loving family. Rosemarie was born on Oct. 17, 1925 in Newport, RI daughter of the late Frank and Mary Pine and was the loving wife of Richard D. Sawyer of Litchfield, with whom she shared 60 years of marriage. Rosemarie enjoyed spending time with her dogs, camping and traveling. She was an avid collector of Native American items and was very good at being a mother and wife and keeping her Catholic faith, but above all else her family came first. Besides her loving husband, Rosemarie is survived by a son, Michael Sawyer and his wife Deborah of Litchfield; two brothers Frank Pine of RI and Joseph Pine of WA; four sisters Margret Deese of AZ, Madeline Blanchard of CT, Elsie Hicks of VA and Hilda Silvia of FL; two grandchildren, Sara Crump of NC and Jacob Sawyer of NH; two great-grandchildren, Brandy Crump and Nicholas Crump of NC and Many nieces, nephews and dear friends. All services are to be private and burial will be at a later date.
