She was born January 13, 1931 in Nashua, daughter of the late George J. and Irene (Rood) Roy. Irene was an Executive Secretary at the former J.F. McElwain in Nashua. She enjoyed embroidery work, gardening, and music. She was an avid reader, who loved flowers. Survivors include her loving 14 nieces and nephews who will remember her always. Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, Nov. 2nd from 5-8pm in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST., IN HUDSON. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tues. Nov. 3rd at 11am in Blessed John XXIII Parish, St. John the Evangelist Church, 27 Library St., Hudson, NH. All May Meet At Church. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery , Hudson.
